Roundup question

A couple of months ago I sprayed my vegetable garden with Roundup as it was overgrown and weedy and I just wanted to start from scratch. Please save me the “roundup is carcinogenic” talk, what’s done is done. My question is, since then, anything I’ve planted is suffering, and I’m wondering if it’s the roundup, and what I can do to fix this. My understanding is that glyphosate becomes inert once it is in the soil, but I’ve since planted three lettuces that have died, a cucumber that has died, and about half of my pea seedlings and shriveling up and dying too. How can I make my soil healthy again?

Our garden is absolutely full of weeds and clover and they're all around the plants. How do we fix this? A lot of the plants are too close together to use a machine for it. We don't want to lose our garden
