If i plant sunflower seedlings in my mint patch, would the mint overtake the sunflowers?

Image
Just moved into a place with a garden patch that’s overrun with mint, I’m growing sunflowers and the mint is flowering so I’ll remove it soon anyway. If I were to plant the seedlings in the same garden bed as the mint would they kill the sunflowers?

Amaryllis Bulbs

Image
Sometime ago (around late december) I found a cut amaryllis flower left on the ground. I felt bad so I took it home and put it in water. Flash to some weeks ago, I noticed bulbs forming from the plant. I have kind of just kept it in and out of water but the steam starts to get soggy if I leave it in water and dry out if I take it out. In addition the steam was cut pretty short. Is it possible to keep cultivating the seed pods without in dying in the next few weeks?

Resources for a beginner?

Image
I recently purchased a home and had the good fortune of inheriting a beautiful garden. I’d really like to continue growing vegetables like the previous owners (tomato, kale, chard, broccoli, basil, etc), but trouble is that I know absolutely nothing about gardening! What resources would you recommend for someone like me? YouTube channels, books, websites, etc. I’m very excited to have a project like this, and I appreciate that there’s tons to learn considering it’s both art & science. I have 4 decent sized raised garden beds to work with and live in Oregon. My goal is to finalize a plan by end of winter so I can hit the ground running when things finally warm back up. Thanks in advance for your help!

Can I move these herbs without killing them?

Image
I planted some cilantro and basil (and a third one I can't remember) a while back, but the seeds didn't sprout. I assumed they were dead since they'd been sitting for a year or two, so I just used the soil they were in when I repotted a begonia. They sprouted anyway, and I was content to leave them where they came up. I was not expecting so much of it to actually live. Is it okay to leave them all with the begonia, or should I remove them? If I should remove them, is it possible to replant them elsewhere? The two that seemed to come up are cilantro and basil. I know both get sizeable. I don't think the third herb actually came up.And this is what was already in the pot.
