Pachysandra Phytophthora

Hello, last year I bought A lot of pachysandra that were infected with phytophthora. Now almost all were wilting and rotting, So I removed them completely.I also have some fruit trees and schrubs that are able to be infected with phytophthora but are not yet. Is there a way to combat the fungal in the soil before reaching the other plants? Most information I find are prevention before planting or when the plants are allready infected. The most information I find is also about potatos and tomatos, not shrubs and trees. I have Hydrogen Peroxide, but cannot find sufficient information about soil drenching it. I also have Copperoxychloride, but again no information about soil drenching (also highly toxic, so I do not think this is an option) Does anyone have other ways to combat the fungus. If possible biologic.
