Planting pokeweed intentionally as an edible perennial?


Hey,I live in rural France where it grows wild in some cities/areas. Not a "native" European plant. It's actually already colonised a camp site 3km from my farm...I was wondering what people think of planting in a/my forest garden as an edible perennial (which i could chop and drop).Is this a ridiculous idea?thanks for your feedback

Need help planning my garden

Hey all, I made a post a few days ago but due to language issues, I’m doing a new, proper one now.I need some help planning the restoration of old family property. Its a wild meadow now, it was once used for hay production, then for some 20 years horses lived there and then it was just unused and grew wild over the last 10 years.Now I want to restore a part of it as a garden. I have like 1000 ideas, but no real plan where to start. I am a Greek student in Sweden studying marketing and I am doing research related to community gardens, more specifically how community gardens act as spaces for citizens to express resistance to urbanization and food culture.
